I went to login RMIT portal but no timetable there.

I guess so far not all courses got their timetable.

My friend from the rmit econs & finance they got their exam results a few days before the official release. Thsi is also the class whom already got their timetable.

Honestly i do not understand why the difference when all are from rmit and i do believe same faculty as well.

rmit - econs & finance
rmit - biz mgt

Should be same faculty right???

Please be informed that the DLS/Blackboard will be down over the

period 27/12/07 to 31/12/07 due to upgrading. Accordingly it is

recommended that students log on to the DLS as detailed in the handout

given to them at enrolment and download their course materials, in

particular for their first lectures, as soon as possible.

after reading, wats DLS?

Do we really need the textbooks? They cost a bomb man :s31:
depends...
if you just want a degree then be really attentive and study diligently, shouldnt be a problem.
if you want a degree with distinctions, then please get a textbook and at least read what your lecture covers, unless perhaps you're like my classmate who's from RJ, can study 1 day before the exams and get high distinctions.

all my classmates whom im studying with, have decided to get a textbook like me, as they didnt do as well as they expected. not that a txtbk = high distinctions, but that it helps when you're burning midnight oil in the middle of the night and have no one to turn to ;p (you can try the internet, i tried both and still find txtbks the safest.)

hmm since you mentioned this, i've started a thread to buy and sell textbooks(im both buying and selling), here http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?p=27294244#post27294244
