has anyone successfully withdrawn money from TD before?
1) How long does it take?
2) It mentioned don’t select “Full account balance” else the margin will be withdrawn too. If that is so, how will TD crawl the money back with the interest if even the margin is withdrawn.

Thanks, I actually called them to get live data. I called around midnight sg time. Surprising fast, less than 5mins.

When u called in, you had already deposited money into it? Or the account was empty?

There is already funds in it. Trying out this platform, was using ibkr but the platform becomes a bit too confusing for me for margin or options trading.

There are 2 apps, thinkorswim and ameritrade. Which one can be used for trading?
I opened an account, took 3 months by the way, and deposited some sgd. But after i login to thinkorswim, i cant see any prices or functions. Looks more like account management thing. For Ameritrade app, i cant even login.
How to use this thing?

or handwritten signature or blank?

I shared previously,

Scanned copy of Client Account Review

Yeah, according to their application instruction, the CAR needs to be pen-signed, re-scanned and then attached and submit.

Good that you managed to speak to a real person, and also got specific interaction to rectify the forms.

I had no luck in telephone calls and live chat. I sent an email and got a reply today after 4 working days; I wanted to confirm if my forms are in order but the TDA staff just gave me a generic answer. He mentioned at least 6+ weeks to open account too. It could be longer; from this forum and others such as google review, saw some have not even got their accounts opened after 6 months. Saw some feedback on system issues showing incorrect account balances too.

Just to share my experience with TD . standard waiting is about 3 months. after 2 months it seems they will reply some of your form has errors.
That means u are 1 month away from approval.
My advice is to open IBkr account first while waiting if u are urgent to trade. $2 per trade is cheap if IB offets better service. i have both and for me IB really is better all round if not for the $2. Try them both. trying is free
