Why buy from developer when one can buy Sub sale and Nego down from Subsale listings. Higher floor somemore!

If this unit is sold at the price, first time buyers big Huat! Riverfront when launched had a low psf ~$12-13xxpsf so plenty of meat.

People who are interested can wait to buy higher floors at low-floor prices Crazy pricing for this Rivière. Even ulu Jovell resold at a higher price! Should consider Irwell Hill in CCR for similar price point.

forett really damn strong, 1 year $130k+ difference. Wonder why ppl pay $2100 psf when they can get resale in terrene or floridan at lower psf and similarly FH in core bt timah..look like local only buy new.
