i went to all 3 over last few months,i will go for floridian. The huge land area of 250k and facilities are top notch. The bay widow for floridian is acceptable, terrene has lots of bay window but their facilities are lke bali, the water features give a very strong resort feel and both are low density development. most impt both $1.6-1.9k psf only

Seaside Residences was underpriced perhaps? All subsale transactions are healthy profits, the highest was 628k.Seaside Residences is the best for subsale for the past 1yr!
