3D model for Bukit Panjang also up?
Yup 3D model for BP is up too!
Hi, anyone applied bp bto? Which unit for 3-room is good? I'm looking at Senja heights cos the high levels, supermarket n hawker are so attractive.
Btw would like to ask, I'm not applying for any loan. So understand that I need to pay 10% dp using cpf, do I need to proof I can pay the rest?
Anyone know if any grant I can apply for second timer.?
Heights is ok because it's further from rental flats in Valley.
Stack 293 high floor (top 38th) is the best because of unblocked view and fumes from hawker centre. Drawback is west sun at an angle and service yard visible from corridor.
Just in case you prefer greenery view to the north, stack 281 (above 19th floor) is ok as stack 305 is only 18th top floor. You will avoid potential hawker centre fumes and west sun will be blocked by the higher stack 303. Service yard is also along corridor.
Reporting in. I got single digit no under MGPS (4rm) together with my parents (3rm) for bp bto, dont really know how q no. for MGPS works. Anyone can enlighten me?
Anyway we are currently looking at Senja heights, stack 303 (4rm) between 33 and 38 floor while my parents prefer stack 281 (3rm) between 19 and 23 floor. definitely hoping we can get the "penthouse".

Btw can I ask, your number is same as your parents? As in both applied together and got same Q number?
I thought mine is good but yours is even better!!
Do u think the vinyl flooring is good? You know the pros and cons? How about the doors? I heard the lock not so good.

Vinyl flooring can make do without side skirting as they do not expand like overlay/laminate..more waterproof than laminate which is why I have them in my kitchen only and laminate for other rooms and living.
But overall, I prefer the feel of stepping on the laminate over vinyl..vinyl feels more flat, like tiles with wooden grains on it..
