Wallich penthouse at $73m (bought by D and resold at $62m) or CHP penthouse at $50m. Which is better..
One is less than 10,000 sqft and does not have a private pool…The location is great but it does not have the attributes of other super penthouses.

Comparing the psf to nearby projects like Rivière and Martin Modern, surprisingly the psf at CHP not that obscene.

###

exactly. ‘Old launch’ Martin Modern looks expensive.
Also, LM did not appear for comparison. Stacked homes think it belongs to a different class from this trophy?

one line sums it up...
Is this trophy one you would like to collect?

Plenty turn up, most profitable resale transactions so far. One person even made more than 1mil, bought unit at 22xxpsf sold at 30xxpsf!

30xxpsf the person might as well wait out for CHP…

Some carrots, some ok.

12 profitable, 2 losses.
One lost 2xx,xxx when sold last year.

think 2,4xx is a fair price and 3xxx psf is carrot price... the rest readers have to decide for themselves.

Don’t know why the person sold at loss, if I recall it was at 23xxpsf, the buyer of that loss unit big huat sia.

This is called buying undervalued resale/ subsale.
21xx psf is indeed a undervalue price.

If you like, can also try.

Oh I was negotiating this unit :o

Seller needed money urgently :o Since the unit was bought on trust <5 years ago, the next buyer can only purchase this unit in full (without bank mortgage) :o

Hence, you need big boys like Uncle Robert to come in :o
