Oh I was negotiating this unit :o

Seller needed money urgently :o Since the unit was bought on trust <5 years ago, the next buyer can only purchase this unit in full (without bank mortgage) :o

Hence, you need big boys like Uncle Robert to come in :o

###

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

seller must thank uncle Robert for coming to the rescue..

Sounds similar to when I sold my unit, buyer begging me to let go, so I helped buyer by raising my estimated fair selling price to the buyer..

Haiz....with the number of interests both online and offline i forsee no hope of getting even the cheapest $1.16m unit. The closest i can hope for a trophy address is to stay at the service apt.

Does anyone think with the hype the developer will do a PR8 to maximise profit/keep some inventory for future?

Bro, also buying 2nd unit?

Think will not be as crazy as PR8. The base is already high at >$2,8xx unlike PR8 only at $14,xx, $1,5xx.
How many can afford?
The max psf has been set for penthouse

Sell my bodyparts only enough for downpayment, to pay for the ABSD will require my wife to claim my life insurance. Not worth after all the pain looking for 1st unit.

Good to know they wont pull a fast one cos of the price. After reading Stacked and going down to the site it is decently priced in this time of madness and compared to Zouk condo on the other side. But pity the best view is reserved for the bigger units.

Too bad, you didn't join my side. LOL
Was talking to an agent, with CHP setting the new benchmark and with price trending up, we can't find any new launch at central location below the price of $24,xx psf nowadays. This will be the new benchmark.

Reasale also at >$2,xxx.

True la, all those times we were 'discussing' on the 1st unit a few good buys were missed. Are you looking for investment or stay?

Would CHP be considered affordable luxury at the current price? Wife still prefer MM to this tho. :(

CHP can be another investment (but maybe no meat at this price).
If price is low I buy to stay. Think I go for resale later. The risk is higher at current launch price.

MM no fight to CHP bro. The design, the location, the line of sight, the amentities, the new mall, etc. LOL

Now, central cheapest is Landmark and OBP. Landmarks got discount 2% + 2%.
OPB got discount for certain units and quite a number is not released to the market yet. Same for Landmarks.

Heard discount period is limited and price adjustment could possible happen again... All thanks to CHP!
