2 questions to check with the experts here.

I just registered as a new cardup user. Can I use the referral code for my first transaction, and then followed by the "CNY88" promo code for my next transaction?

Noted that the CNY88 Promo code may only be redeem once per User. As I have 5 x AIA policies to pay in the qualifying period, can I sum up the total of all the 5 policies and pay in one transaction, and then list down all the policy numbers in the "policy number" field?

First question. Yes you can use separate codes for separate transactions. Note the cny code expires soon.

Each transaction usually is attached with one policy number. You can try calling cardup to find out if its possible to attach the payment with multiple policies but I suspect the issue will be the receiving end ie the insurance company.

Can utilities now go via cardup instead of having to goto the sp services branch?

Saw this message under My Stored cards - We're undergoing an upgrade and new cards can not be added during this time. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused - please contact us if you have questions or need assistance. You'll be able to add a new card from 2nd March onwards.

New to HWZ and Cardup

Hi I'm new to the forum. Hope to learn. Would be grateful for any help with the best way to use card up.

1. I gather from reading the thread UOB One is good. Right? I will sign up for that.
2. I think CNY promo ended. Should I wait around for a new one before starting use?
3. E.g. My LO goes for ballet at a school that only accepts CASH or cheque only. (not even bank transfer). Does that mean it is highly unlikely that I can use cardup?
4. Can someone PM me the referral code? Thank you.

1. Yes, for rebate. Remember to read through the condition for rebate for this card.
2. You can use the referral code for your first payment. Occasionally CardUp does have promotion code too.
3. You can see what category can be paid using CardUp in their portal.
