Thanks for prompt reply. I've already created a TV template for TC2 but the problem is how to get the app learned the on/off command unless I have a separate remote controller.

Do you need the Neutral wire for the TC2?

Hi there, broadlink tc2 switch doesn't requires neutral wire, suitable for our bto.

Other brands without neutral wires are Livolo and Yoogee (non-neutral wire version).

I chose Yoogee because I am able to wire 2 way control switch not sure if the Broadlink is able to do the same. There is 2 connection for wire A and wire B which were used to wire 2 way switch. One of switch output is connected to the lights, the other is connected to Live wire, I just pair the function to learn the switch which control the lights. And it become a 2 way switch to control the same light from 2 switch

The remote you can buy from TB for about 10sgd.Keep us updated if it works from what I understand the TV template only learn IR signal, RF won't work.

For Yoogee if you press and hold the switch and release on the 2nd beep that is the RF signal to turn on the light.

If press and hold and release on the 3rd beep that is the RF signal to turn off the light.

Pres and hold 1st beep is for pairing between switches or pairing with RM pro.

Press and hold 4th beep is to reset the switch and erase the pairing.

I believe for Yoogee switch, the remote is optional.

Hi all, when in broadlink app learning the tv template, when a button is in learning mode, your rm pro will wait for any signal to be fired to rm pro to learn, regardless it is rf or ir.

Probably due to many type of devices out there, not all tv remote is IR... Not all light is RF only.. Therefore no such restrictions.

So just click on a button to learn ... Fire the to be learn signal.. Rm pro will learn... Regardless wat template u using and for both ir and rf signals.

Hope this helps.

U mentioned u using yoogee rf wall switch... How u add a tv template to ihc app? U need a physical remote to pair to ur yoogee switch and den let ihc tv template learn the rf signal of the physical remote. U done this part already ?

Hey there, able to guide me on the wiring?

I'm using livolo 2 way and it comes with a and b connection as well. But my current 2 way only has 3 wires.

From the instructions it seems like we need 4 wires instead of 2.. 1 live, 1 switch, and 2 wires for a and b.

I chose Yoogee because I am able to wire 2 way control switch not sure if the Broadlink is able to do the same. There is 2 connection for wire A and wire B which were used to wire 2 way switch. Yep.. that's the one I'm having issues with. I only have 3 wires and this one requires 4.

1 seller on amazon told me to connect b only and leave a empty. Have not tried yet.

For this diagram 2way switch, u can see the 2nd switch is jus connected via a and b only, perhaps getting the data from the main switch. I seriously dunno if it works tat way though .... U may try jus connecting b and see if it works?

Or maybe ur 2nd switch side have its own live and null wires too, den can just connect b wire?

If u hav both the 2way switches and intend to do on ur own, mayb can giv it a try. Keep us updated on the outcome. :s13:

The TV template is only for IR and some RF signal. For the RF switches it will not work probably need to buy a remote to learn then teach, because when I press on or off switch the teaching not successful. Tried to add custom device and sweep frequency also not successful. Only the e control app works by adding RF wall switch, then choose Manufacturer as Yoogee will pair successfully

Hi both,
im using rm pro3 with IHC app, to communicate to alexa.

Vixx, u can use the on/off switch of ur curtain to IHC tv template 'on' button.
after u done, first test the IHC newly created button to see if it works, before trying on Alexa. (please kindly refer to video below)

S750WP, yes, u need a physical remote to pair to ur yoogee switch, so that u can create a IHC tv template and learn the same signal on the physical remote, this will allow it to 'talk' to alexa.

otherwise another route is to use RM plugin on android device, to talk to Alexa, as for this route im not too sure as i nvr did before but i think some others are using it.
