I just changed my EO from shell helix to mobil 1 gold. Personally drove my car till 10k in 8-9 months for mobil 1 gold and I feel that the engine was still quite quiet as compared to shell helix at 4-5k.

SHU is not a good oil.

I feel so too but the price is half to mobil 1 gold sia. I saw someone selling at $35 as compared to mobil 1 at $70 which I feel abit exp so don't bear to change every 6 months haha.

any other brand you can intro?

Have been using SHU for my rides... so far ok. Price can go as low as $30/4L. Someone selling in carousel. :s13::s13:

Can look at lynlex. They are on carousel. Find that their prices are reasonable for mobil.

Some say those made in Germany is true “synthetic”. Not sure. But I used the one made in Malaysia. It’s good. I suggest you just get the one made in Malaysia.

Sorry is there any difference with the euro version?

It’s not so much of it being superior, but more of it being EU regulations forbid Shell - and thus Castrol as well - from selling processed mineral oil as ”synthetic”, so Shell and Castrol synthetic oil from Europe is a different formulation which is genuine synthetic.
