no? u can still do the traditional password/pattern?

Apple got pattern meh..

It's either face id, password or pin..

The X is in almost every way superior to the 8 or 8+.

Unless you absolutely NEED a physical home button or the fingerprint sensor, I would say go for the X.

If price is a concern, then I would say even the 8 or 8+ is not suitable for you. iPhones aren't for price-sensitive consumers.

This HWZ article is quite interesting:

Really shows how eXorbitant the X is. Haha
Hi All,

Thank for the reply. I think sooner or later home button will be remove for the newer iphone.Price is fine with me, just that is it worth to pay so much for a phone. hahah

can anker charger use in iphone 8 or X for quick charge

Waiting to hear more from Anker though it's not clear if Apple has changed the charging technology on both its device and the lightning cable.

From my opinion, the iPhone X is only more attractive in terms of the new chassis, and screen. For iPhone 8, people are starting to get tired of the design with the giant bezels on top and below.

The price for iPhone 8 and 8+ is still bearable for me, but the price of the iPhone X is not. With a mid tier mobile plan, I still have to shell out close to 1.1 grand before any trade in or discount is over the amount that I am willing to pay for a phone that I likely will use for a year. :s22:

Prices will slowly adjust themselves upwards on the high end android side too, I think it's the new norm. :(

Our telco had been increasing the price year over year by a lot. I'm on ST combo 2 and last year iPhone 7+ price is already very near 1K. This is the expected trench.

Yeah that's why get a retail set plus a SIM-only plan more worth it although you pay more upfront for the phone.

Hi Errz and Kusanagi,

CIS customers can sign up for our SIM Only plans, but they do not enjoy CIS discount.

Hope this clarifies.

SIM Only 12-Month Plan

SIM only plan doesn't have CIS discount right?

not that i know of, CIS discounts for the monthly
plans already quite close to SIM only plans liao

if CIS discount applies for SIM only plan, i think the discount will at most be 20% also

CIS have free 2 years caller id only when sign plan online, when iPhone is out, do we get the chance to sign online or must go down? If sign online, we can only buy the one we express interest in? Or if we change our mind, can preorder a different size/colour?

Yah, I'm considering this also. Since iPhone X launch in Nov, just nice my contract will be expire. Now if I can manage to book a retail set can really consider the sim only plan le.
