Lifebook E8420

Hi may i ask anyone using Lifebook E8420? Is it good for home and basic gaming which does not involve online gaming. Just football manager and rpg games? Or any advice on other model which will not exceed 2k. Thanks.

My Fujitsu S7110 suddenly cannot be turn on. I cannot tell whether if it's the fault of the power adaptor (there's no indicator LED) or the laptop itself.

I do not have a charged battery as well. Any help?

Even though it might exceed your budget, you will be able to put your mind at ease as the adaptor from the service centre is probably the most compatible and it comes with a warranty.

Hi

I was thinking to buy S6420 ..Anybody can share their views on these?
I just purchased a S6410. The S6420 is very similar. It's a good model. I can't fault the features but the weight really puzzles me as Fujitsu used to make lighter 13.3" laptops. Nonetheless, good laptop and oh, don't forget to downgrade to XP. It ups the speed quite a bit.

Hi, I'm a user of V1020, anyone has any idea is there any way to remove the battery and charge without it? Cuz I prefer it that way rather than keep charging it till full, then low again, and charge again.

Thanks.

S6520

Currently, i'm using S6311 which is more than 2 yrs old. Other than the noisy fan, it doesnt give me any problem. Now thinking of changing it to S6520 (T9400). Anyone know where to get good deals?

uni matriculation fairs are one source you can try.

but pls dun post it outright on the forums. best if you have existing friends who are in uni /entering soon ...

I have a S7021 lappie for 3 years now. This morning when I tried to boot it up, it gave 3 BEEP sound, and nothing happens then after. Blank screen though I can hear the fan still running.

Any advices?
