just curious, what are the problems?

Some of the common issues here like the SD card, retarded clock widget, lagging especially the lock screen key pad, battery drain etc

Worst of all Wifi saved settings keep getting reset and wiped out for no apparent reason. This I can't live with coz I have many APs and imagine I have to key in each and every one of them every time the data kenna wiped out.

So far I only see complaints at KK.....yet to find anyone reaping any benefit from it.

Thanks for sharing, feels your pain. Guess could be a blessing, maybe your MB was already failing before upgrade & all hell broke loose ... at least you've got a new MB and back to good old JB4.3.

Mine so far seems ok except the external Sdcard issue. Able to deep sleep with no major drain. Only difference I see on the battery usage ... Android System (>20%) is now on my top 3, used to be at the bottom of the list at <10%. What are you guys seeing?

After reading so many complaints, I am thinking I should not update to Kitkat. I have Kitkat downloaded but not installed. I keep getting prompted to install the update. Is there a way to remove what was downloaded and stay with Jellybean?

Uncheck auto upsate option from software update.. that should delete the sofrware..

was quite piss after reading the writeout by chainfire the other day. So seems like obKNOXious Sung's been patching it to allow access but somehow decided to stop doing it on Kitkat! damn, too bad I carelessly lost root recently else would hv patch it already! looks like gonna screw my warranty earlier than I planned to.

can try clear cache and data from settings>general>appmgr>all>softwareupdate
then remember go back uncheck the auto update

Seriously after mb change n back to JB battery life is back to normal. Now I can leave BT n GPS permanently on without worry of power drain. With KK,couldn't do this. Now considering how to get my wife's unit back to JB. No more useless updates for me.
