Based on amount of $$ in acc on last day of month?

Or based on the monthly average balance in account?

If you spend less than S$800, a flat 0.3% cashback is awarded.

We look at the balance at the end of each day. And the total interest for all those days will be combined & credited to your account end of the month

previously i opened a frank account and was given a frank debit

i cancelled it because i didn't hit the yearly spending for waiver fee

since frank debit card is now free, i would like to get one

but....

when i was trying to apply for frank debit card online, it says it will open another account for me. but i don't want this "new account", can i link my frank debit card to my frank account without opening this "new account"?

We could check if the SMS was triggered on OCBC's end. If it was, then the issue is likely to be with your Telco.

Do drop us a private message with your bank registered mobile number, and we will arrange for our service executive to get in touch with you.

Thanks for your reply. The SMS issue I encounter was resolved the next working day.

But it happened again now, I will hang tight till tomorrow and see how it goes. It only happened to OCBC SMS, all other banks SMSes such as POSB, UOB, AMEX, CIMB seems fine.

To manage the new OCBC nets contactless ATM card, only can see activate or deactivate the contactless function. Is there eAlerts for this contactless ATM card transaction threshold setting?
For eAlert card transaction, only has debit and credit card options, no nets contactless ATM.
How soon the activate or deactivate setting will take effect after changed it?

Hi MrRainbow,

Annual fee is paid for at the start of the card's anniversary year.
It will be waived if you meet the minimum spend of $10,000 in the previous year.

To apply for a FRANK debit card, and have it tagged to your current account, please visit our branch to put in your application.

Hi there,

You will be able to receive eAlerts for cash withdrawals / NETS purchases / top-up transactions done using the ATM card.

After logging in to Internet Banking, go to Customer service > Manage e-alerts > ATM transactions > Local ATM cash withdrawal.

Hi OCBC,

I have just activated the OneToken to my HP.

Previously before activation of this OneToken, the HP banking app would sms me the 2FA to my HP, but after activation of this token, the app no longer send any 2FA sms to me whenever I log into the app to see my accounts details.

Why is this so? Can I reactivate the 2FA back to my HP for added layer of security, or does the app only allows either the OneToken or 2FA?
