i also saw the message yesterday. Hello World is a common name used in software functionality test. i am guessing that one of their developers is trying to fix the recent app bug that is causing so much trouble for a lot of us. nevertheless, someone from ocbc should clarify if ocbc app users should be alarmed by this test message.

It was working a couple of days back (24th Sept).

Please try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If it still doesn't work, do access online banking via the mobile browser / desktop for the time being, and drop us a private message with the following details:

- bank registered mobile number
- phone model

Dear OCBC,

I think you guys should "delete" some of your staff and "reinstall" with some better ones. Apart from the App Push notification showing "Hello World" test message, the date reflected in the App for my SRS account is also wrong.

I was looking at my SRS portfolio on the OCBC app and I noticed "Market values for Shares, ETF, Gold ETF, ....is as of 31 Dec 9999".

Hello....now is year 2019...and you guys know my portfolio 7000+ years later?

Already sent a screenshot to OCBC.

This is obviously not a technical issue, but a lack of control with regards to change management.

Uninstall reinstall no use. Your cso called. He deactivate softkey. Then can work by using hard token or sms otp.

Some customers have feedback that deleting and reinstalling the app works for them. However, for those who are still having issues thereafter, OneToken deactivation is advised.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The relevant department is looking into the issue.
