Hi OCBC team, I am unable to receive OTP from OCBC when attempting to make bill payment via AXS mobile app, and eStation for the past one hour.

I tried switching to OCBC generated token and it worked hence is the OCBC SMS gateway having issue now?

Hi Micheal,

BCIP cannot be applied for via the mobile banking app. However, you will be able to apply via Internet Banking on your mobile browser via desktop mode.

Hi OCBC,

Are you able to provide a guide on how to access the desktop version on my phone? And if it is possible to do it with the mobile version on my phone? Thanks.

Hi OCBC, when is the cut off date for the monthly interest calculated for the 360 account? If I transfer funds a day before the interest is calculated will they be included in the interest calculation?

Hi there,

The fund should be credited to account by 9pm for the transaction and value date to be on the same day. This is applicable on Monday to Saturday (excluding PH).

Hi desmond321,

We could check if the SMS was triggered on OCBC's end. If it was, then the issue is likely to be with your Telco.

Do drop us a private message with your bank registered mobile number, and we will arrange for our service executive to get in touch with you.

Hi there,

1. Open your mobile browser
2. Go to www.ocbc.com
3. Click on Login (to Internet Banking)
4. On the login page shown, do not enter your details here
5. Swipe left on the screen to go to the next page
6. Scroll all the way down
7. Click on 'Switch to Desktop View'
8. Log in from this page

Thereafter, you will be able to apply for BCIP:

After logging in to Internet Banking (desktop version):
1. Place cursor over “Investment & trading” tab
2. Click on “Blue Chip Investment Plan”
3. Click on “Apply for BCIP” on the left
4. Select preferred shares counters and fill in required details before submitting request

Hi OCBC,

I have recently changed to a new device and followed the instructions on the OCBC website with regards to activating the OneToken. However, the activation failed for a few times. As such, I tried to log in using the app on my old phone.

However, I have deleted the app on my old phone already. After I reinstalled the app, it prompted me to generate an OTP which cannot be done as the OneToken is not tied to any device. I do not have access to my account currently due to this problem. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi there,

Unfortunately we have not encountered such queries from Revolut before, and we will not know what is the MCC code till the transaction is charged.

Cash rebates are awarded only for “eligible retail spend” made on the Card.

The following will not be taken into account in the award and computation of cash rebates or in the computation of “eligible retail spend”:

• Annual card fees, interest, late payment charges;

• Tax payments;

• Bill payments made via Internet Banking and any AXS Network;

• Transactions at TransitLink General Ticketing Machines, transportation and other transactions under MCC 4111;

• Transactions classified under the following MCCs:

4829 Wire Transfer Money Orders (WTMOs)

premiums)
6012 Member Financial Institution–Merchandise And Services
6051 Quasi Cash–Merchant
6211 Securities–Brokers and Dealers
6300 Insurance Sales, Underwriting and Premiums (with the exception of GE insurance
premiums)
6513 Real Estate Agents and Managers–Rentals
6540 Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load
7349 Cleaning, maintenance and janitorial services
7523 Automobile Parking Lots and Garages
7995 Gambling - Betting, including Lottery Tickets, Casino Gaming Chips, Off-Track
Betting, and Wagers at Race Tracks
