i have 2 questions for you.

1) if i dont mantain $200,000 in the premier banking account, will the bank charge a $50 fall below fee ?

2) understand this is the req for private client below
• Deposit or invest S$1,000,000 (in fresh funds) and
• Qualify as an Accredited Investor

my 2nd question is, what if im not an investor, but the money (>$1m) is from lottery winnings. will i still be able to join private client ?

OCBC Bank reserves the right to impose a Premier Banking Service fee of fifty Singapore Dollars (S$50) if the S$200k Asset Under Management requirement is not met.

I would like to activate the OneToken to replace my hardware token, however while trying to activate it, it will prompt me to enter code from my hardware token. Have not been using it for some time and my hardware token is no longer working, kindly advise if I need a replacement of the hardware token or are there any other way to activate OneToken.

You will need the hardware token for OneToken activation.

We can arrange for our customer service team to call you & assist you with the matter. A new hardware token will be mailed to your residence.

If you need one urgently, we suggest visiting one of our branches with your NRIC. You will need to wait around at the branch for about 1 hour for the branch to process the token & get it linked to your accounts. And then they will handover the token to you

If you are making a coin deposit to an account under the Mighty Savers programme, you may use the ATMs that accept coin deposits as coin deposit charges are waived via that channel.

All other accounts will have a charge of S$0.012 per coin.

For coin deposits over counter, there will be a charge of S$1.50 for every 100 coins deposited or part thereof. This is applicable to all accounts. You can visit our branch for a same day replacement, it may take around an hour for our colleagues to process the replacement.

Alternatively, we can call and assist with the replacement. It will be mailed to you within 7 business days.

Hi there,

The salary crediting will have to be a genuine GIRO crediting done by your company to the 360 account to be eligible for the bonus interest. Simply changing the description to GIRO won't be applicable.

Please check with your company if they will be able to credit your salary via GIRO instead,

The payroll account is in UK and they did MEPS transfer for salary crediting to SG staffs. Other than asking them to change their transfer method, is there other ways to fulfill the 360 account salary bonus?
