Hello OCBC Team, just want to confirm - is the interest for the 360 account calculated based on 01 to 31 July?
If I choose to close my account on the 01 Aug, will I still be entitled for the July interest?

Hi power_range,

The 360 Account interest is calculated for the entirety of the calendar month.

However, bonus interests such as the Salary Bonus and Payment Bonus is only credited on the 7th working day of the following month.

If you close your account on 01 August, you will not be able to receive the bonus interest meant for July.

Hi ,

I really had an bad experience with OCBC.

When called OCBC hotline went through the voice automated process to request for waiver for my interest charge and late charge (88.17 (May)+135.78(Jun)). The automated voice says I will receive a response within 10 business days.

I did not receive a response. Subsequently, I called OCBC again and the person told me that they will review the wavier. I got a called a week later and was told that the wavier was unsuccessful. I immediately asked for the cancellation of the OCBC 365 card.

I did tried to create giro for the credit card through ibanking but unable to do so.

Why does OCBC unable to give wavier credit card interest charge and late charge? Even UOB allows to waive 2 months of interest charges.

Pls be aware of their strict wavier policy when you are using OCBC CC

Hi refuito,

We are sorry to learn that your waiver was not successful and that you were not informed of the waiver request outcome timely. We will share your feedback with the relevant department.

We are unable to reveal the reasons for unsuccessful waiver outcome as they are confidential to the bank.

How do i create sub-accounts under my 360 or Frank account?

Hi sputnikmoment,

Could you clarify what sub-accounts mean?

If you are referring to joint accounts, you would have to have applied for a joint account at the point of account opening.

Hello,

I have a frank account & OCBC 360 account. I just received my Frank debit card, which I can withdraw money from my Frank acc at ATMs. Can I do so for my OCBC 360 as well? If so, how can I proceed with the set up? Thanks and cheers.

Hi ellymello,

You will be able to use your Frank debit card to withdraw funds from your 360 account by linking them up.

This can be done at the ATM:

1. Insert ATM / Credit Card & Enter 6-digit PIN number
2. Select "More Services"
3. Select "More Services"
4. Select "More Services"
5. Select "Change A/c Link to Card"
6. See options:
o Add Account to your Card (Enter A/c no. to be tagged to Card)
7. Confirm request

Should you face any issues with this, do drop us a PM.

Hi dreamzgal85,

The bonus interest will be forfeited if you were to close the account before it is credited.

Thanks, i have managed to set up a savings goal. What interest rate do i earn on the money that i have contributed to the goal? I have a FRANK and 360!accounts.

Hi sputnikmoment,

The same prevailing interest rate will apply to funds under your FRANK/360 Account, be it funds in savings goals or not.
