still same error when i tried to go to Step 2 after filling in the info on the first page of the online form.

We have not received any similar feedback on the issue you are facing. If you are using your mobile, could you try on a desktop/laptop instead and vice versa?

If you are still not able to, please provide us with the screenshot of the page you are receiving the error message on, and we will check further with the relevant department.

1. when we will get the $54 extra, by the end of the 7 months?
2. when the $ is mark for 7 months, do I need to maintain minimum $1K?
3. based on https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banki...book-statementsavings-deposits-promo-2019.pdf there is “Additional Promotional Gift” for S$5 cash credit, how to get this?

1. The cash credit will be credited into your account within 6 weeks. Customers will be informed of their eligibility via SMS within 3 weeks.

2. The fresh funds deposit that will be held with the bank for 7 months will be taken into account of your monthly average daily balance.

3. You will get S$5 cash credit for every S$500 in fresh funds deposited with OCBC Mighty Savers, with no limit, as long as you correspondingly deposit S$5,000 in the OCBC Passbook or Statement Savings Account promotion above. Funds deposited with OCBC Mighty Savers are not earmarked.

I updated my mobile app, now cant even log in. It keeps looping back to sign in front page. What the heck??? What aint broke why fix it?!

For now, please try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If you are still not able to log in thereafter, please send us the following details via PM:

- Device OS
- Mobile Banking app version

Latest update broke the app for me. Can't login now, keeps saying there are potential security risks with the phone. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and am still getting the error when trying to activate OneToken.

Using Google Pixel 2, running Android 9. OCBC app is version 10.6.

I am also unable to login after the latest app. After pressing the touchID login, it processes for a while then nothing happens. When I click the finger print icon again, the cycle just keeps repeating but I cannot login to my personal landing page.

Uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone, same issue. Only work around is to login via the webpage.

App v10.4.

Using iOS 12.3.1, Iphone 6s Plus.

Just checking if the bank will send a letter to account holder to inform that the 6 months deposit (every 10K gets $110 NTUC vouchers) has been matured and able to withdraw?

No letters will be send for this.
Do give us a call at 1800 363 3333, if you would like to find out when you will be able to withdraw the funds.

Unable to access One Token

As with some of the other users, I am also unable to use the digital token to gain access to the ibanking platform. With each attempt an error message claims there is a security risk with my phone. There is no mention of anything to get around this in your website.

May I ask that this issue be addressed with greater ease, seeing that it does not seem to affect just 1-2 users.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Also, do you have any apps on your phone that may compromise it?

◦Root/ super user access (e.g. jailbroken devices, devices with development/ debugging modes)

◦Remote access from other devices to the mobile device, e.g. TeamViewer, LogMeIn, VNC, etc

◦Library tampering applications, e.g. FakeGPS, FakeWifi, 3g/4g Unrestrictor, etc.

◦Malware – customers may use tools to scan the device, e.g. Avast, AVG, McAfee

last time failed payment twice at golden village, 2 persons, two tickets, about 10 days get S$34 back

now usd395 stolen, 12 weeks, hope to get back

If the 6 months has passed, and the earmarked amount released, you will now be able to withdraw the money from your account
