1. The cash credit will be credited into your account within 6 weeks. Customers will be informed of their eligibility via SMS within 3 weeks.
2. The fresh funds deposit that will be held with the bank for 7 months will be taken into account of your monthly average daily balance.
3. You will get S$5 cash credit for every S$500 in fresh funds deposited with OCBC Mighty Savers, with no limit, as long as you correspondingly deposit S$5,000 in the OCBC Passbook or Statement Savings Account promotion above. Funds deposited with OCBC Mighty Savers are not earmarked.

I updated my mobile app, now cant even log in. It keeps looping back to sign in front page. What the heck??? What aint broke why fix it?!
Latest update broke the app for me. Can't login now, keeps saying there are potential security risks with the phone. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and am still getting the error when trying to activate OneToken.
Using Google Pixel 2, running Android 9. OCBC app is version 10.6.
I am also unable to login after the latest app. After pressing the touchID login, it processes for a while then nothing happens. When I click the finger print icon again, the cycle just keeps repeating but I cannot login to my personal landing page.
Uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone, same issue. Only work around is to login via the webpage.
App v10.4.
Using iOS 12.3.1, Iphone 6s Plus.

As with some of the other users, I am also unable to use the digital token to gain access to the ibanking platform. With each attempt an error message claims there is a security risk with my phone. There is no mention of anything to get around this in your website.
May I ask that this issue be addressed with greater ease, seeing that it does not seem to affect just 1-2 users.

In my case, I saw that the 10K was already available and released. Before it shows only the extra dollars, like 2$ or so. It means it is already ok to withdraw right?
