Any changes to 360 account? Any bad move by the bank will cost a major outflow of funds.

Is it possible to view the current interest rate (and the breakdown e.g. salary, 2/3 bills) for my 360 account?

Hi Ocbc,

is there an ocbc account that I can deposit ringgit cash in singapore? Main purpose is to buy KLSE stocks and receive ringgit dividend into it.

I currently have ocbc 360 and Basic Securities Trading (Cash) Account.

We do not offer an account whereby you are able to deposit ringgit.

Horrible experiences with OCBC. Been banking and spending using their credit cards and when annual fee comes they rejected my request for fee waiver.

And i didnt know i need to spend 10k anw i still spend a decent amount in your credit card.

when their waiver request is rejected. den cancel again lorh.

den reapply under ur own name.

Been there done that. At most if they reject me churning like that den i'll stop using that card and stop going to robinsons to shop :s22:

All waiver requests are thoroughly reviewed before an outcome is given, and we are sorry that we were not able to accede to your request.

Information on annual fee, and minimum spend can be found on our website, as well as on the monthly statement.

My queue number was 8015. I waited for 20 mins at your MBFC branch. However, the queue wasn't moving even though there's no customers occupying the counters.

In my opinion this is unacceptable.

and they keep putting me on the automatic voice message. had to say i lost my credit card to speak to a real person.

We apologise for any inconveniences caused due to our voice recognition system.

To speak to our service executive, you could:

After language selection, the system would prompt you to either speak, or to press "1" for the phone banking system.

After pressing "1", you could request to speak to our service executive by pressing "0".

Hello OCBC Team,

I encounter a bad experience when the ocbc hardware token was faulty and getting a new token.

Here is what happen.
1) ocbc hardware token faulty, went to ocbc branch to inform and return faulty token.
2) signed a form and return the faulty device and was informed by branch CSO have to wait 5-7 business day for new token.
3) Waited exactly 12 days to receive the token by mail.
4) no issue activating my token for OCBC 360 account(internet banking), however there is issue activating this token for iOCBC securities account.
5) Called ocbc hotline on 25dec. CSO informed that have to wait till tuesday 27 as iocbc securities team only work from tuesday and will get back to me on tuesday 27 dec.
6) OCBC never call back on tuesday 27 dec. I call today to ask on this.
7) Another CSO from iocbc securities inform me that the reason of being unable to activate my hardware token for iocbc securities account is due to different hw token serial number. Only way to resolve this is go to their main branch or sign a new authorization letter(pending this to be physically mailed to me) to change to this "new" hardware token.

Currently I am still waiting for the mail(he did inform that he could email me but I chose not to) and I still have to mail it back.
This is so troublesome, seriously someone cock up or is this standard SOP? Poor OCBC Phone CSO have to listen to all these everyday because of the SOP or somebody cockup!
Just 1 hardware token faulty and it takes more than 20days to resolve(currently not resolved), imagine if I only have 1 trading account and urgently need to sell stocks online I could have GG liao.

Please respond and please forward this to Yvonne Cheong, the one who "signed" the letter which was together with the new hardware token that had stated in the letter :
"If you have an iOCBC share trading account, you can link it to this token via www.iocbc.com
We look forward to serving you again."

To qualify for the Salary Credit Bonus interest, a salary credit with description "GIRO-SALARY" of a minimum of $2000 must be reflected in the statement.

You may make payments via OCBC's internet banking to your own OCBC credit cards, other bank's credit cards (if allowed), or for billing organizations registered with us. You may refer to the list of billing organizations registered with us here: https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banki...ing-organizations.html?#billing-organisations

GIRO can be set up via OCBC's internet banking if the billing organization is registered with. If the billing organization is not registered with us, you may check with the organization directly on how to set up a GIRO payment with us.

Hi OCBC Team, I just opened 360 account through online method since I have existing ocbc account (FRANK). Question is will an atm or debit card mailed to me? Wondering how to withdraw the money from that account. Thanks
