Is Grabpay TOP-UP transaction via. OCBC credit card counted as qualifying/eligible transactions for OCBC 360 account min. 500 credit card spend bonus purpose?

My last month OCBC 360 apparently did not qualify for the cc spend bonus and it appears that the two Grab Pay top up transaction’s were struck out.

Since that contradicts with what you mention here, can u advise a way for me to double check this again with OCBC ?

I was trying to key in my Token Key that i received via mail. But it was having error
"We are temporarily unable to process your instructions. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working to get things back to normal". It's been 3 days and i still got the same error doing this. Is this an known issue and OCBC is working on this? Or it's my account having some problems here?

May we clarify if you are a NTUC Union member? You will need to be a NTUC Union member before you will be eligible to apply for the NTUC Plus! Visa Credit Card.

When reviewing an application, we have a set of guidelines that we follow & we are not able to share what these guidelines are. All applications are subjected to the Bank's review & approval.

Go to branch, counter staff sometimes don't know answer. must speak directly to a senior staff then can get answer.

1) On what day the interest will be given?

2) The monthly $500 must be fresh fund excluding the interest, or it can be the combination of both (incremental balance), e.g. interest $40 + deposit of $460?

3) Any minimum period to close account without admin fees?
