Hi,

Didnt notice my PM was full.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it seems ok.
Able to login via app and browser.

However, we were unable to reply to your private message as we were prompted with an error message that you have exceeded your stored private messages quota.

Can you attempt deleting & reinstalling the mobile app?
May we also check if you are facing with the same issue on mobile browser?

We need to ensure that your device meets the OneToken Mobile Banking app security standard. The following are examples that may compromise the device:

- Root/ super user access (e.g. jailbroken devices, devices with development/ debugging modes)

- Remote access from other devices to the mobile device, e.g. TeamViewer, LogMeIn, VNC, etc

- Library tampering applications, e.g. FakeGPS, FakeWifi, 3g/4g Unrestrictor, etc.

- Malware – tools may be installed to scan the device, e.g. Avast, AVG, McAfee


We regret that installation of certain apps may prevent usage of the OCBC app.

You jabronis ask us to change to one token in the app, but don't allow the app to authorise transaction saying security concerns even if accessing the mobile website or desktop site

Like that how to carry out transactions??

How Long after I deposit my funds, will I get the $54?

How Long after I deposit my funds, will I get the $54?

Hi MrRainbow,

As long as the funds are not withdrawn and redeposited with OCBC Bank within the last 30 days, it is considered fresh funds.

We will notify customers of their eligibility to the promotional gifts by short message service (SMS) within 3 weeks from the date of Eligible Transaction. The cash credit will be credited into the Eligible Account within 6 weeks from the date of Eligible Transaction, provided that funds are successfully withheld.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Can we check if you did tried deleting & reinstalling the mobile banking app?

If you are still facing with the same issue, may we suggest that we help to deactivate your onetoken so that you can continue assessing our online banking services with your hardware token or SMS OTP?

It happened to me. Just need to call their hotline and ask them to revert back to your ocbc hardware token. This is really ridiculous.

Only fresh funds will be eligible for the promotion. You may make multiple fresh funds deposits within 3 working days to make up the required earmark amount.

We are aware of customers with Android devices who are experiencing this issue as well. Our team is in the midst of fixing the issue & a new mobile banking app version will be updated soon. We are expecting this to be resolved by end of this week or early next week.

In the meantime, to get access to your account online, please use either the Mobile Web browser or desktop. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

It's one problem after another. I am looking at the review and I can safely save IT IS NOT MY PHONE OR ACCOUNT PROBLEM !!! (Unlike what your staffs suggested)

Right now, OCBC Business Mobile app have been downloaded 5 times in the course of 1 month because guess what ? ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY !!!

CAN SOMEONE SOLVE THIS FOR ME???????
