Hi henrylbh,

Only legitimate salary crediting via GIRO from your company will be eligible for the Salary bonus interest. Simply using a third party account to make GIRO transfer to your account and stating the description as Salary will not count.

Please refer to our website for the list of investment products and the eligibility criteria for it to be counted towards the Wealth bonus - https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/accounts/360-account.html.

Spending on your NTUC Visa credit card will count towards the Credit Card Spend bonus. Do note that these transactions will not qualify:

•Balance transfers
•Cash advance
•Cashwise
•Smartchange
•Fund transfers
•Fees and charges

More details on the bonus interests can be found under the 'Questions you may have' section on the website: https://www.ocbc.com/personal-banking/accounts/360-account.html

^DG

Thank you.

Hi trenzterra,

We will like to look into this for you.

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message via PM?
Do also delete & reinstall the mobile banking app.

Hi, I am also facing the problem of activating OneToken on my new device. Please advice. I am also not able to send a PM as I have not hit the 10posts quota.

I also faced problem with the mobile app after my Samsung phone security update.
Now I cannot login through both the mobile app as well as online banking.
Whenever I tried to login on the phone app or through the website, my phone would receive a notification to confirm the login. After the confirmation, another notification informing that the login is unsuccessful because the device is not secured. Which device is this? my laptop brower? or the phone? If it is the phone, so the phone security update has made the phone less secured?

For those facing the same problem as me, I managed to login to the online banking using manually-generated token. On your phone app, press "more services" at the lower right corner, press "OneToken" to obtained the manual token.

Just report to MAS

This ocbc rep thinking everyone is a fool... so obvious the issue is with their app yet they act blur asking everybody what's the issue, can pm, can send screenshot etc

They have been doing this for months now and don't see the need to fix the issue

Not able to access authorise log-in using my mobile phone's onetoken as well due to this 'potential security risk'. As to the other solution to generate the one-time token via mobile app, same pop-up about security risk appears as well.

So now not even able to access my accounts from both web & app. Well done OCBC.

Hi tjrong07,

Can you try deleting & reinstalling the mobile banking app?

Do note that the following factors on your mobile device may affect OneToken usage:

o Rooted/Jail Broken, development/debugging device
o Applications downloaded from other sources other than the Google Play Store
o Remote access from other device to the phone, e.g. TeamViewer. LogMeIn, VNC, etc
o Library tampering applications, e.g. FakeGPS, FakeWifi, 3g/4g Unrestrictor, etc.
o Malware detected (this can be scanned with any tools in the market, e.g. Avast, AVG, McAfee)

May we check if your mobile device is installed with or affected by any of the above?
