I try to login via internet browser (Safari and Chrome) and after i authorize from my phone, it will show this error!

And if im using the app to login, and they request for OneToken, how to do it as I am already using the app?

I sent a secured message via the OCBC banking platform last thursday (3/10) at 4am. Until now, only receive a generic template reply acknowledgement of from OCBC's side. after 4 working days.

OCBC, just curious, you guys need how many working days to attend to customer's queries? If shorthanded, just say la. so your customers wont be kept waiting.

It will typically take around 3 to 5 business days for a reply to secured mail. However, depending on the volume of emails coming in, there may be times where it will take longer.

If it has been more than 5 business days, and you have yet to receive a reply, please drop us a private message with your bank registered mobile number, and the secured mail's 16 digit reference number.

3 to 5 days makes foreign banks like Citibank and HSBC look super good. Usually they do it within 1-2 days.

Last year, a similar query would only take 3 working days.
FYI the query isnt complex or mind boggling that require the attention of the duty supervisor or manager. Just wanted to know how much more OCBC$ i can earn for my Titanium Reward card in the current anniversary year.

Honestly the OCBC team in HWZ does a much better job in answering queries. Not the account specific ones of course, but those transaction type related. OCBC hwz FTW!

Why is it that DBS can offer $0 fee for overseas fund transfer for quite a number of countries (including US) but not OCBC? I would really like to see OCBC offer the same.
