I had to call ocbc to deactivate the one token to revert back to sms or physical token. Couldn't login to the app or internet banking website because i didn't have one token on my phone after i deleted the ocbc app data. So much hassle.

I'm using Samsung note 9 not rooted or anything. After updating the app, which was mandatory, i got the message that my phone is at risk so i can't use the phone to authenticate my login, thus i deleted the app data.

Your app developer really suck.

Hi,

Which is the best credit card is really dependent on individuals preferences.

If you spend more on dining, you could consider getting the 365 credit card which gives 6% cashback (if minimum spend of $800 is met).

If you spend more on electronics, you could get the Titanium Rewards card which gives you 10X OCBC$ for each $1 spend.

Thinking to use frank card because minimum spend is $400.

It's best for us to deactivate the OneToken, so you can continue logging in with hardware or SMS

Same issue here. Also using Note 9. I have the same error that says that my phone is at risk. Any fix yet?

"The activation has failed as potential security risks were detected in your phone. Access to OCBC Mobile Banking app is now limited."

hi, how can i pause my mbh monthly investment? if i choose the option to "stop investment / cancelyour application" , does this automatically sell my shares away?

If my shares stay, will i still get the dividendeds?

Are you referring to the Blue Chip Investment Plans?

If you are, you won't be able to pause the monthly contributions. If you need to Ammend or Cancel the existing the contribution, the option will be under 'Ammend my Plan'

Insurance Sales coming up under MCC 6300 & 5960 will not be entitled to rebates for both the 365 & FRANK credit cards. We are not certain what NTUC Income Insurance MCC will come up under

There are no other means as of now for me to perform my transactions and i have got lots of bills i need to pay! I dropped you a PM on my number so please do contact me before i incur any late payment charges.

Please, the instructions by the call centre is not working (deleting cache reinstalling). I am told that i would need to use the sms pin, key it into the physical token to generate OTP to key into the mobile app. It doesnt work as it specifically ask for sms pin. I am at wits end and i have bill payments that are nearing deadline (can i bill late charges to OCBC?).

Please if anyone can advise on this would greatly appreciate how you guys solve this issue.
