the OneToken has ruined my experience with OCBC.
Recently it keeps saying "Security Risk Detected" on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I have no issue with Samsung Pay (safetynet check passed) or any other local banks' mobile app.
Called the hotline three times to reset my internet banking account so that I could do fresh login with sms otp and then re-setup the OneToken.
After a while, the same errors again, hence have to call the hotline (again) to reset my account. I have even removed all VPN apps as suggested by the customer service officer, but still no luck.
Will stick with sms otp for login for now until OCBC release a phone to use their mobile app.
