i updated my mailing address on 1st week of Dec before the e-statement was made available on internet banking, but the Nov 2015 e-statement didn't reflect the new address.

now i need the bank statement showing my updated mailing address a bit urgently, and i cannot wait for it till the 1st week of Jan 2016.

will it be possible for u to send a e-statement for the current month of December reflecting my new address.

You will be able to close your account by completing and mailing this form (http://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/acco...rms/letter-of-instruction-Account-Closure.pdf) and the passbook (if any) to:

Locked Bag Service No. 8
Singapore 911886

You will be required to visit any OCBC Banking Branch personally with NRIC/Passport and Passbook (if any) if:

◦Account is opened using thumbprint.
◦Account is dormant.
◦If Passbook is lost, the indemnity form has to be signed at a branch:

(1a) Either/ Or signing condition (e.g. Either One To Sign): any one of the account holders can sign the form
(1b) Joint signing condition (e.g. All To Sign): all account holders have to sign the form

For coin deposits, these are the things to note and steps to take.

Customers must sort the coins before visiting our branches during the scheduled day/time. Branch will only accept the deposit if the coins are sorted according to the following criteria:

• Into their respective denominations, AND
• Into the respective series (e.g. separate the coins from the third series from the other series)
• Number of pieces should be less or equal 1000 coins

Do take note that these are the scheduled time for coin deposits:

Normal Branch (9:30am to 11:30am)
Sunday Banking Branch (1:00pm to 3:00pm)
Deferred Branch (1:00pm to 4:00pm)
Special Branches (3:00pm to 5:00pm)
• ION Branch
• Toa Payoh Central Branch
• Ang Mo Kio Central Branch
• Jurong Point Branch
• Bedok Branch

Hi sputnikmoment,

You will still be able to make withdrawals from your 360 account. However, do note that there will be a fall below fee of $2 monthly, should you not meet the monthly average balance of $3000.

The fall below fee is waived for the first 12 months from account opening date.
