Before it happened, I never open up the casing and touch anything cables

Could be psu pai and not supplying power to either the 24v or 12v

Does your motherboard have RGB lighting on it?

When computer is assembled, with the atx 24 pin connected to the motherboard and PSU on, is the motherboard RGB lighting on? If it is, then it could indicate a motherboard issue.

CMOS confirm not the issue here. Even if CMOS bat were dead, you would still be able to post. CMOS bat die, at most your bios settings won't be saved and got to change every time you shut down and on again. CMOS is just to save your BIOS settings when your PSU is off. Even if no CMOS bat, I also can on my pc, just that all my bios settings (date, time, xmp, etc) will be lost.

I did all the testing of psu, ram, reset CMOS, in the end is my casing power button switch faulty, for now set BIOS to auto power ON till get a new casing or switch...

TS have you tried removing all components including RAM and try to power on? without RAM it shld end up in the BIOS (or maybe not...cant rem). If not just put 1 stick in...

this kind is one of the hardest to troubleshoot...can really take a damn long time to figure it out

quickly plug it in and try!!!
it should be located at the top left corner of the mobo. it has 6pins and the connectors are 2x 3pins

As a general conclusion, if you can't even post bios, then it's either the motheboard or the psu. Since you are sure that the PSU is working, then only the motherboard remains.

Likely motherboard if you are sure your PSU no issue. Ram spoil, your other components (gpu, fans, etc) should still be on. Probability of ram spoiling is very low that's why ram makers offer liftime warranty. Even if CPU spoil, all your other components should also still be on on.
