i stop using dynamic wallpaper,my iphone battery life very good now.Using dynamic wallpaper really eat battery a lot...

I have posted this before.. Same experience as you. After disabling dynamic wallpaper, battery life improved..

my iOS7 mail keeps downloading email attachments automatically over 4G?!?!? even 2MB files. How do I turn it off? I already disabled all the options under Settings->Mail

Hi, anybody's iphone 5 is not vibrating after updating to ios 7? The vibration on ring and silent are both turned on and the do not disturb mode is not turned on...

Have your tried reset all settings?

On the 5S dynamic effects are offloaded to the M7 chip hence the battery hit on older devices.

Missing Weather Apps

Hey ... I just got my ip5S ... on 7.0.2 now ... restored from my ip5 ... i cant find my weather apps ... strange ... do i need to restore again ??? Or setup as new?? Any solution without the need of restoring ..

Security firm says iPhone bug can thwart device wiper

A German security company has uncovered a bug in the new iPhone's software that it said enables hackers to overcome a safeguard allowing users to remotely wipe stolen or lost phones

Seem like there are many hackers targeting at Apple devices... Will not be surprised that antivirus software for IOS will be seen in app store sooon...

Anyone have issues with syncing music? Not sure it's the latest 11.1.1 iTunes version or iOS 7.0.2 I'm having issues with.

Recently added playlist does not reflect the list on iTunes, but instead when my phone was last backed up 2 weeks ago? Newly added songs are not found under the main 'Songs' list but when I use the spotlight search in Music I can find the songs..

Tried removing all the songs and syncing back in but still the same. Tried the manually select playlist method also not working. Any advice?

I cannot reject call when the phone is locked.. below is what i google.. for sharing.. so many "new features"... till most confused..

Till iOS 7, the past iOS' had an option to reject an incoming call (by swiping up) when the iPhone is locked. And there would not be a reminder to the missed calls except the display in 'Notification Center'. This was a point of concern raised by several users, to include default remainder when a call is rejected.


From iOS7, by design, 'Remind Me' functionality replaces 'Reject' when a locked iPhone gets an incoming call. 'Remind Me' acts as 'Reject' + 'Reminder'. It first rejects the call and adds a reminder to call the appropriate recepient.


However, there would be a 'Reject' button when there is an incoming call while the iPhone is not locked. The idea is simple here. An iPhone that's not locked is in use by the user and the user cannot accidentally click anything. Hence when someone intentionally tries to reject, they can touch the 'Reject' button. Alternatively 'Remind Me' holds good too.


This would not be comfortable for those who gets annoying calls from unknown numbers, however this feature makes a lot of sense for those who intentionally rejects valid calls.


I don't see Apple engineers would work a fix on this as claimed by many here.


I also don't think if Jobs is alive, he would had a say in it. Quite funny when Steve Jobs' death is felt for missing functionalities.

Got some queries:

1) Anybody having difficulty signing in with an US Apple ID during the setup process (of a new iPhone)?,

2) When setting up yet another new iPhone (5s), are the owner supposed to see THE PROMPT AGAIN to download the recommended free apps from Apple (e.g. Pages, Keynote, etc) assuming he has already seen that prompt & downloaded that set of apps using the same Apple ID on a previous 5s?,

3) Anybody having issues using non-SG Yahoo Mail address for the Rescue Email option as part of the setup process?

any one has this issue with iphone 5s, 7.0.2, map?

it always giv me the wrong location, if not unable detect the location.

But if i use wifi or hotspot from ipad3, no issue with the location.

or if use ipad3 on 3g, aso no issue.

i tried to reset all setting, map able to work, but once i open compass app, the map have issue again.

Tried to restore, same thing. once open compass app, the map cant determine my location.

not issue, but kind of disappointment. i have high hope for Control Centre, coz I switch on and off Cellular Data almost once or twice daily. I thought Control Centre would have this there, but too bad, there is only Wifi toggle...... sianz.... still got to go into Setting.

Only 3 locations then it stopped updating .. Many days liao.

I was wondering what setting must be enabled for this to work ..

Besides turning on frequent location , must improve maps be on? Or perhaps diagnostics and usage ?

In case anyone got this issue too after upgrading to iTunes 11.1.1 just do a restart of your phone and sync back again

How to get the "define" working again?
Previously after typing a word can use to check meaning, but now not working. Even I press manage, download those list of dictionaries...
