But if after that i spot issues, will the replacement set be brand new or those so called white box/ refurbished set?

my company phone is gotten via apple directly. when pasting tempered glass, found a dust under the back glass, and i got a 1 to 1 swap (including the retail box, basically they refund me the old set, and charge me for a new set), but i highlighted this issue within 2 hours after i collect the phone from apple store

Is the refurb unit from Apple considered in 'new' condition? I don't wanna get it replaced if the refurb unit is not similar to my current unit exterior wise.

This logic comes from the one who owns all version of iPhones, iPads and androids.

they use machine to align the seal.
once open and other parts will start to fail???? where do you get this logic from?

I have gotten several refurbish sets from apple store previously (ipod touch, ipad mini) and can say all refurb units are in "new" condition. they just recycle some parts inside and replace the exterior casing, rest assured on that

Tks for sharing bro. This is good that Apple honours direct retail box swap. Apple delivered to you right? If that’s the case then they should replace 1-1 retail black box to you.

Those that paid at Apple Store Orchard, checked the set and left the store. After going home and if any cosmetic defect found, Apple only honour 1-1 white box refurb set with model N.

Not that it matters actually. They do 1-1 coz don’t have spare parts yet for new iPhone 11/Pro/Max. 1-1 for matters like dust specks found under camera lens, under main screen. Aluminium/stainless steel side band chip off or scratches.

Check properly for iPhone 11 Pro/Max frosted glass back for scratches too.

Apple being Apple, as most deem they’re a premium brand with expensive phone, after all its humans who manufacture the iPhones. Humans make error too.

if your set is from Apple Store singapore, is a 1-1 retail set swoop. If they dont allow, just "refund" the phone within 14 days and get a new one.

Did just that for my watch S3. no questions asked. AppleCare auto transferred.

After a week after it’s launched, this Midnight green Color 256GB can still hold its value for take in at $1970, and retails at $2020 at WhyMobile & Mobile Square.

The rest of the 3 colors price all drop by alot.

i passed my midnight green to my boss as he likes it... it looks nice at first, but after a while, i feel it is not as nice as i feel it will be and will get sian at looking at it. green also a bit difficult to match case too

i went to apple store take a look at the space grey, i feel it is another level and went with space grey for my own set instead since is for my own use

if getting a phone from telco to sell, get midnight green wont go wrong and can sell for higher price. so far, midnight green can fetch more then other colors, but gold color is the least popular as the value it is able to fetch is even lower then space grey and silver

depends i guess. the restocking fees are meant to stop flippers from returning.

Im not sure how they determine, but so far ive exchanged my S3 watch within 14 days and 1-1 retail set swoop. No questions asked.

Oh. That color also hot! iPhone 11 green. It’s good that each year Apple always hit it off with the color they chose to launch. iPhone 11 green and purple are the 2 hottest, Pro/Max Midnight Green is the hottest color.

Next year 11S Pro, I hope they create a sunburst blue color for the Pro series.

i believe is because mine is an exchange. i am not returning it? not sure about this as i dont go abuse their 14 days refund policy though. i buy from apple store as company paid for the phone and also for the after sale support like what i encounter :s13:
