Hopefully so... i ordered rose gold.. ip7+ 256gb. Sincerely hope no issue... dw to wait for another phone again. I know week 37 got problem. Good to hear that your week 38 no issues. Feel more relieve now. But when phone come will update again. Hope it will be good news!

No i didn't do that. I ordered from apple online store so within 14 days there is a one to one exchange. Full new retail set. and they will piortize your shipment... according to them. Telco need to go to AASP.

Yea no hiss means clear. Hiss sound can be recorded thru the video. If you play back video in a quite quiet enviroment you should only hear white noise not coilwhine hissing sound. Also, get someone to send you imsh, sms. Off vibrations. A good working phone wont have any coilwhine noise. If message comes in and have the zzeekk zeeekkk sound.... thn got priblem alr.

What kind of load? Maybe you can try download just 2 apps then hear. And try running pokemon, dont need to login. Once it open. If from the back can hear means have hissing alr. And also run benchmark test... message etc. Dont need to press your ear against it. From like 5cm u can hear alr.

My ip7 no such issue. But my 7+ 128 have sound. But only if u press ur ear to the Apple logo. So for me it's ok, I accept it. As my screen and all is in perfect condition. No point exchanging.

The hissing/cracking/sparking noise can be heard from the back of the phone but must be in a very quiet environment. For me I am not too worried about the sound being present. But once it has been picked up during video recording then that's a different story.

Went down AASP and got immediate exchange as they had the stock. Replacement new device is manufactured Sept 18, and not a single issue with it.

Hissing in video playback was the issue, Apple's express replacement sent wrong colour twice so they told me go AASP and was replaced within 30mins.

So you mean after you exchanged, the video recording do not have the hissing sound? For mine, i only hear the hissing sounds in video.

Yes, no more noise in video. Only noise is a very soft hissing noise if i stick my ears to the phone without casing which is normal for a processor. Other than that, very satisfied with the new phone

Think all this depend on luck.. like my is 38 weeks also no problem.

So second replacement came from apple... week 38. Even worse the coilwhine hissing sound. Even when the phone is like just at home screen. The sound so loud. Record video and even talking. Sigh... hope the 3rd one apple send reslly bo issues. The cso rly very nice. Now waiting dhl come collect the phone
