hi guys, will be mostly staying in osaka for 14 days trip, maybe some side trip such as kyoto and nara. is there any things that die die must see and must eat ?

Everyone has his/ her own list of die-die-must-see/do/eat stuffs. Generally the more famous ones are takoyaki, okonomiyaki, 551 Horai butaman (but not everyone likes pau), kushikatsu and horumon yaki or stew (something like kway chup with the "unwanted" organ parts).

Racist story is because of the Chinaman.....

How to tahan when kena afew of these chinaman per week.....

Main reason for him to retired is due to illness n old age...

Guess he just wana do what he like for his days....

Gonna miss his Otoro......

This is interesting but I can imagine the crowd. Is it like a ramen competition or just by invitation only by the organizers?

It's quite similar to the Meat Fes that I went to during GW this year. Free entry but buy tickets to buy the food and drinks. ¥850 per ticket for Ramen Show.

Does lunch at Sushi Saito require reservation?

Saito need reservation lunch or dinner. And i think need connection or regular introduction then can get seating.

Even hotels will tell you, chance of getting any reservation will be zero since that place is super popular

Depends on your budget. Do you know 29 April to 5 May is the Golden Week? Especially next year 5 May is a Friday so peak season would start from 29 April till 7 May.
