No idea, I never really look at vo2max myself. I just assumed it is faster with intervals hahaha. For me I only care about pace of runs and how tired I am.hmm so far i have been doing intervals like once a week from december 24 till now (3 months).
i think my average interval distance per session is about 4km to 8km
it only increased by 1 point lol. is that slow or fast?
my training status has been stuck at maintaining from start of month till now.
