The support was telling me their website have been this issue since Feb, i have tried to recontract for 5 times and 5 times after you enter your cc details at the end, it said not to refresh or close window then it disappear and blank page. Checked with support and they said my order didnt went through.
Tried chrome, chrome private mode, clear cache, MS edge etc all dont work lol. so done with it

bad business still dont want to even allow recontract to take place properly

i also tried mobile, intermittent went through
really trying your luck on their online store despite trying to pay them

any idea what was the known promo for 10gbps?

Only for selected recontract user, S$50.90 per month for M1 10Gbps plan, with free two Asus ZenWiFi BT10 (usually price at S$63.90 per month).

the promotion is over. You might need to wait awhile. It was previously $34.90 for new users and $32.90 for *selected re-contracting users

For existing users, the recontract offer may still be there for targetted users.

There is a report that M1 Physical Shop may still have new home offer (S$34.90 per month for M1 6Gbps plan) and new user ISP switching offer (S$35.90 per month for M1 6Gbps plan), with free TP-Link Archer BE805.

Just an update : M1 walk-in change ISP still allows $35.90/mth 6gb plan with free BE805 router. Hope that helps those who missed.

YMMV

I think recently they onboarded too many users so congestion exists, it only happen this few weeks, youtube will get stuck or buffer but mostly go away after a while. Fully wired and router is a UDM SE so unlikely to be internal network issue.
Not just youtube i think majority of the apps also

Try changing the DNS server to something else other than the default on your router.

ok will try tonight. is it more likely due to ip or dns? quite weird that both singtel and m1 work on default settings.
On default settings, it uses ISP DNS servers. Some websites will not show up if it's filtered. The app you talking about is on mobile app store ?

the apps are on appstore and not filtered because work perfectly under singtel networks.

Edit: checked my workplace wifi by M1, also works.
