I doubt so since some appt for May sobf is scheduled in Nov...

I think that he meant there is SBF but it will start earlier as it would be god-knows-when by the time May SOBF finished everything.

SBF usually twice a year, one in May and one in Nov.
I've applied 4 times before, and they are all in these months leh.
