Rightfully need Letter of Authorisation which can be found on HDB website..

But since he's oversea, perhaps u might wana call HDB and seek for their advice..Get a confirm ans rather than ask ask...

I called them 2 weeks back. They say only need 1 person to go. Never even say need LOA. Wo de tian ):

Yes you can send a proxy on your behalf. Just make sure that all documents needed (eg IC, income statements etc) are passed to the proxy. All the documents needed will be stated in the appointment letter, or you may call HDB first (that's what I did, as the letter didn't arrive until we're already overseas)

Hi, I will like to ask. I applied for Sep 2014 bto before and caused a non selection of flat. I also applied for the May 2015 SBF and got a queue number waiting for my selection appointment. In the event that I make a non selection again, will I be downgraded to 2nd timer for 1 year since Sep 2014 to now is more than a year?
