Hi guys, may I know what does this number means?

Last Queue Number invited for selection of a 5-room / 3Gen flat under the May 2015 SBF exercise as at 15 Nov 2015 : 00032

My queue number is 2x but why 32 already invited?

It means that the last person of the day is Q#32. Not that they are already there..

I'm just curious, I read the past threads of past sbf applicants, they initially chose 4 room but by the time they went for their appointment for flat selection, there were no flats that they wanted left so they settled for 3 room instead.

Like this also can?

So can I choose 5 room flat if there is no 4 room flats that I want?

It depends on hdb there and then if they allow this switch due to a lot of leftover and the appt for that particular flat size has fully finish.

And also a likely scenario is 0 4rm left for u to choose and not becos ur ideal unit has been selected.

So far, haven heard anyone here saying it.

HDB would rather applicants don't "downgrade" as there are difference in housing price and ask them to apply again...lol

damn... those units I shortlisted for my choices for the sengkang ones already taken up.

what are the chances that despite having a selection appointment, there will be no more units left? coz I'm concern that I will be considered giving up selection chance if there's still units left.

As long as your ballot number is bigger than the number of units available, you wont be penalized. That's what happened to my frd

Always good to call up HDB and ask ☺

glad to hear that, hope that's the case for me too... as total units available is only 145...and my queue number is 218...joke sia. and my appointment is 1 month away...

I'll ask them and also reason with them (hope they are reasonable) lol.

If the drop out rate is high, there may be a possibility that there are still units available when it's your turn though..

well, I definitely hope that's not the case. as 145 units have not factor in ethnic quota. minus that, I get even lesser number left.

On the date of appointment , we only select the unit ? How about the signing of agreement for lease ? Same day or another appointment will be given ?
