Well i one person did more then 20 calls, they called me to inform status like 3 times when my installation was delayed.
Even if know also no use la.. they just tell u to "suck thumb".
End of month they lose nothing and u pay your bills.
Now i understand why people can bother to create account and rage post here.

Called 20 times to whom? Whom you spoke to? Did they inform you delay caused by what?
We are all very well verse of how many screw up ON have since it's launch in Singapore.
And sad to say ON is the only one that control the installation and activation of our TP which I don't think anyone disagree to this point.
So many delay since day 1 of ON and what had been done?
So all ISP is sort of at the mercy of ON(we all know who owns ON) and you really think they will promptly provide you the service in this crazy pricing?
What I meant is I fully agree that MR should buck up and not save cost on their CS. But I quite sure MR also want your business but who else they can turn to when even that time ON just started on installation and so many affected and delay for more than 1 year?
My point is who can MR turn to and complaint that will be effective to make ON be more cooperative?
Fellow end user, I can understand when you complain about speed issue and routing but if it comes to ON installation, 2nd port and fibre take over issue. Shouldn't the fault be more likely fall on ON and not MR?
Look at MR effort of breaking the international capped that force big 3 to do the same!
Look at MR effort to no throttle!
Look at MR being this crazy $49 for 1GBps plans compare to
green same plan at almost $400 and now forced to come up counter of 500MBps at $60+!?? So much differences and not even half of $395.
Red 500m at $79.90 and come up with "the fibre truth"? Why not "the Competition truth"
Orange 1GBps at $399 or 300MBps at $55
Look at the pricing, don't you think it's almost the same? After all these years, profit keep going up so does the pricing and only recent years MR force them to be a little more concern and think twice before admend another unfavorable plan to us consumer.
Guys.. Cut them some slack since MR is a new ISP, no doubt need to improve in many area but hey, they are truly providing a damn good pricing to benefit us end user..
