I presume when they mentioned about majority are from China maybe they meant HongKong people and PRC people. HongKong would be in full control to PRC by 2047...so maybe many HongKong people apply for that MM2H. A HongKong private enterprise is developing JB City soon...maybe already in progress...

Oh I was actually questioning the part of "so many Singaporeans" bought JB properties and so few applied MM2H, I wonder how he made such a statement and what are his statistics to back up his statement.
Yes and with egate implementation no more such unreasonable questions from immigration officers, just like Oz 90 days visa means 90 days visa, allows multiple entrys that's it, no open to interpretation nonsense and only guilty of abuse if proven, not based on some officer's opinion.
