TBH, the property is worthless.

There are too many vacant projects.

Especially Johor.

In the new MM2H visa for special economic zone, suppose is JB.
The MM2H property purchase must be from the developer, must buy from the King developer

Agents and private owners not counted so nobody will wanna buy from those existing owners.

MY super flip prata one la. It is not worth holding anything there. FH means nothing except to con sinkies to buy.

MM2H also can change anytime and most of the time the rules makes no sense. Don't bother la. You are still a foreigner and if you are not their kind they won't think twice about you.

If can go, go, if cannot go, just move on, not going to lose sleep over it since i have nothing there. My in laws have house have condo have car i'll just use theirs.

ya.. treat it as holiday while rent out hdb. If kena kick out move to Thailand/Vietnam/Cambodia/Batam etc.. rent 3 months each country
