IMHO.
Got set airplane mode ? :ROFLMAO:

Maybe I paranoid that mobile not connected may lose SMS. :ROFLMAO:
I got one mobile with Heya, always off - seems not getting SMS for the reminders and top-up.
Have not investigate yet. :ROFLMAO:

main line, cannot airplane mode also la :ROFLMAO:

anyway even if airplane/off a while, sms should still be there as telco sms server will keep the sms for a while if not wrong.

Zym or heya better?
IMHO.
In my testing side by side, seems that for download, Heya.SG have "higher priority" than Zym.
Upload speed, Zym is higher.
Heya.SG has VoLTE ( have not tested ).
Zym have roaming.

Heya supports VoLTE? Is there a device compatibility list? That's a first non-gomo ST MVNO I've heard that supports this infrastructure iirc.

IIRC, the support for VoLTe was there since they launch in May 2022. There is no compatibility list so far. For me, it just works for my devices e.g. 2019 old Samsung or 2023 new Samsung.

Data/Call/SMS is your Heya Plan. When you top-up at expiry i.e. 25 June, the unused will be rolled over.
Base Plan is like your insurance - If the Heya Plan expire, you still can retain your mobile number.

By right, when you renew your Heya Plan, the Base Plan should auto renew for 60 days at the same time.

If i dont top up, does it means that after 60 days the line will be cut off?

Suggest you dial *119# and see the sms to check the validity dates, seems weird that base plan's validity is earlier than data, call and sms

On paper yes.
Ok just cfm with CSO (hopefully their info is right), 60th day line will be suspended if you never top up for the plan and you have a grace period of another 30 days for the line to automatically terminated.
