If I purchase the $10 plan in 18 days (when the roaming data expires), will it reset the local data expiry date? So that both the roaming data and local data expire in 30 days, when I add the $10 plan?
Yes.
Or, if I ignore the roaming data this month, let it expire in 18 days. When I purchase the $10 plan in 26 days when the local data expired, will I have both local and roaming data expiry date the same, ie. 30 days later.
Yes, but you will lose the roaming data rollover.

IMHO.
Your roaming data expiry should be your original 30-day cycle ?

Yes, you are right. The roaming data expiry is 30 day after I first bought the heya card/plan.
IMHO.
If that is the case, by right data expiry should be the same. Unless they give u the extra data at a later date.
You should check in the app, to see which they follow.
To be safe, just use the closer expiry date and take the opportunity to reset everything back to normal.

Yes, they gave the extra 50GB (don't know for what purpose), then gave extra 58GB (for national day promotion).

For heya, there is no excess usage charges like Post Paid plan, right?

That is to say, there is no way you can use than the given Local Data, Calls, SMS, Roaming data. Once it hit the limit, it stops. So, you don't end up paying for excess usage.

Correct. They don't have your debit or credit card number, there's no way they can charge you for excess charges. Once you hit your limit, it just stops.

That is the reason why the data expiry is different, because the extra 50GB and 58GB was added on different dates.

Will take add to your existing roaming data? Like prepaid plan stack up. Does it extend the roaming data expiry date too?

Welcome to the 250GB club, i.e. maximum rollover data of 200GB and extra 50GB after top up.
seems like Heya has changed their policy, no more 250GB club.

Before top up just now:

Main: $0.00 Exp:02-10-23.
heya Plan: 148.335GB Local Data, Exp:02-09-23. 2000 Local min, Exp:02-09-23. 796 Local SMS, Exp:02-09-23.
2.000GB Roaming Data, Exp:02-09-23.

After top up:

Main: $0.00 Exp:01-11-23.
heya Plan: 200.000GB Local Data, Exp:02-10-23. 2000 Local min, Exp:02-10-23. 846 Local SMS, Exp:02-10-23.
3.000GB Roaming Data, Exp:02-10-23.

So the maximum data at any time is 200GB, also Heya no longer sent sms stating "we have credited extra 50GB, so you are enjoying a total of 100GB"
