Never buy digital games from anyone except Nintendo Online Official Store. These so call digital games are own by those seller, not you. The so call digital games might cancel by seller, and you will lost it forever anytime, you can also only play the games via offline.

My maxsoft nintendo switch now unable to charge or turn on after 2 years of use.
Any bros any idea how to sent for repair? I assume maxsoft won't entertain.

Haiz, no idea why suddenly cannot charge or turn on. Was playing halfway and charging it at 5%. After screen goes off unable to make the screen turn on again..

just let it charge for at least half a day, dont touch it. then go press ON button for at least 10-20 sec. if doesn't on at all, means battery dead. go carousell or switch sg fb to find cheaper repairs, they do good job as well, no point go maxsoft repair when warranty expire

Okay I will try it. But it's weird I was just playing it and plug in the charger at 5% to charge. Not sure it it's the case where the charging IC chip damaged.

Your method worked, screen back on and charging able to play as per normal.

This battery problem seems quite common. Over time it will lose charge easily and unable to turn on.

Just keep using the method when it happens. I just make sure my Switch never reaches 0% battery to avoid this.
