Thanks for sharing!CCK Keat Hong Mirage price list for each unit is out!
Unable to post direct link. Go to HDB gov website --> Flats Available for Selection (For Invited Applicants) and see...
Malay quota: about 22%
Chinese quota: about 84%
Others: about 12%
Yes, it is for both projects.Hi all,
In my application, i applied for Compassvale Mast and I got a number 600+ out of 716. I understand that the 600+ queue number is for both projects (Compassvale Mast and Rivervale Delta). Does this mean that even though I applied specifically for Compassvale Mast, I have to "fight" with those who applied for Rivervale Delta and got a better queue number than me during the selection?
If so, what is the reason in indicating the specific project you are interested in if they are going to lump both projects together?
Got 5xx/610 TPY BTO ... wondering still possible for me to get the "Good Location" 464 TPY 4rms BTO ... ..
Most probably no chance for one ...
Anyone had earlier number but aiming for Joo Seng hahahaha![]()
Think still gt chance bt lower floors most prob
i think sobf is something that is not sure one .... and i doubt it will be available every 6 months... more likely once a year onlyActually nobody knows for sure when is the next sbf as there is still no news about it yet. I think we can only make a guess here.
The past sbf were launched on:
2009: Oct
2010: Aug
2011: Sep
2012: Mar n Sep
It seems that hdb have been launching one every 6mths lately. So the next one should be Mar maybe?
Thanks for the comforting words ... Appreciated.
Really have to depends on sheer luck ...
Hope my 9 temples tour in Thailand last week will bless me with more good luck ... ...
Got my Q number immediately when i am back from Thailand....
Depends on the drop out rate. If drop out rates are high then you may get some low level units.. bad thing is if you get to only choose Joo Seng and you reject, it is considered as rejection rather than insufficient options to choose.

Agree.
Than it will use up one of my 1st timer chance ...
I think the js bto is not as bad as u make it out to be. Its just unfortunate tat its paired up with tpy. Location wise is more central than amk. Only dont have mrt nearby. Then again, that is the whole idea. They are making use of such hot favourites to sell those that are almost impossible to sell.
If Crest were to sold out, you can be sure that many people in the queue will reject it given the fact that they applied to try their luck at Crest, unless desperate. Even though I do know of a few exceptional couples who wanted Joo Seng.
No offence to those who are interested. Unlike Teck Ghee in Sep 2012 BTO, if Joo Seng were to stand alone, I seriously doubt it will have enough ballots to even start with.
In the government perspective, it will either be launched this way or to be sold as an EC where they sell the land at the lower cost and making these so called 'subsidised' condo. I mean of course the land at those location will fetch lower price. Those prime one, like the recent Bishan one...will never be an EC site because it doesn't equal maximum profit for the government.

Rental yield are highly dependent on distance to MRT.
I am actually not against JS. I am against the idea of HDB using this kind of cheap tactic.
Agreed tat hdb shud not force couples using tis tactics.
