may be difficult to find; you can try level 4 of SLS

if not, can buy from tmall/taobao & ship to singapore via their built-in forwarder; quite a smooth process

Sent the phone to taiseng for diagnostic last Saturday and collected by on Tuesday. Quite a disappointment i'll say, They said they performed a 5 hour stress test and standby the phone for 20 hours. So I just did a quick check on the phone to see if there has been no damage and I left shortly after as I was rushing elsewhere. Less then an hour later, the phone started to reboot itself again in the factory settings. No sim-card,no sd card and also no other applications was installed. And it has been happening randomly again.

suggest to send in again; ask if issue remains unresolved, whether they can provide a replacement set

Yes, gonna bring it down again. Contacted the online chat they told me to boot into safe mode and monitor. If we are gonna keep staring at the phone. Our boss will stare at us already. Last one hour already restarted 5 times. And there's only whatsapp installed.
