Because it is one of the prime areas in Singapore! It is near Old Airport Road Hawker Centre as well. Heaps of good food!! You will reach the town area such as Orchard, etc. via train in 20-25 mins.

no one knows the exact date and time here. everyone's guessing based on past launches.

They could be delaying the sales launch, maybe due to the global cyber attacks. We are already in mid-May so I also puzzled why they did not launch this week.

Becos dakota cc line is juz 2mins walk away. And old airport rd market is juz 5mins away. Its like right at the end of geylang. Whr dere are more condos than chickens

for those considering Old Airport Rd as an incentive for that area,

i suggest you take a trip down, esp during wkends and lunch time.

its like a zombie outbreak. once you see the sheer number of ppl queing u sian half liao. just sharing.

quick 2 questions:

1) By when must we have the sufficient CPF amount for the flat we applied for? Is it by 1st appointment or somewhere down the road?

2) If we get called up to choose a unit but were to reject it, will we still be considered 1st-timer or 2nd-timer the next time we apply for a BTO?
