if the area applied is near to parent, will it have higher chance of getting better queue number?

1) By when must we have the sufficient CPF amount for the flat we applied for? Is it by 1st appointment or somewhere down the road?

ANSWER: 1st appointment pay option fee only. 2nd appointment pay downpayment (plus legal and stamp fees) by CPF or cash. If not enough in ur CPF, have to top up in cash.

2) If we get called up to choose a unit but were to reject it, will we still be considered 1st-timer or 2nd-timer the next time we apply for a BTO?

ANSWER: Everyone got 2 chances. If u reject once, u still consider 1 first timer the next round you apply. If reject 2 times, you will be considered 2nd timer the next round you apply.

Woodlands also hotcakes, may BTO gonna be happening, wonder which bto would lead with subscribe numbers

I think you should manage your expectations, 3Gen/5 room is ALWAYS heavily oversubscribed. Some more Geylang don't have 5 room, so this is the only mature estate with 5 room. And after this only got one or two more Bidadari projects... :s22:
