My friends shared the MND post of the prices for the upcoming May BTO.
Why is Geylang BTO so much more expensive than Bidadari? :s11: We were hoping to get a unit at Geylang... :(

Such a long wait. What time do they usually start the application?
Cannot wait to see the price range for the BTOs at Bidadari and Geylang.

Geylang will be higher.

Look at prices in Kallang and Bidadari. It's probably due to the resale prices nearby.

2nd timer still got priority scheme ah? I didn't asked him since I myself also 2nd timer I know the chances very low already. I always thought only 1st timer more privilege :s13:
