are the prices stated for the 5-rooms SOBF before or after grant?

Before grant

Cos I got a selection date for Feb bto on 30 July.
Was hoping can get result for this sobf in July before my selection date.
Now stuck already.

what is the bto that you got a Q number and which SBF area u looking at? if yours is a good q than dont give up unless there is a very attractive factor from this SBF luh

may i ask if anyone face the same problem with me and my bf. We applied Feb bto 2017, today we want to apply for May bto 2017, when i click in the website and use retrieve the details, after the payment part, it show payment not successful. So we try again, the result is same.

So we called to the bank and the payment is a success, but we key in our IC and search the application there is no application can be found in the system!!!

We called to the HDB general line and they ask us to email. So i worry the response email will it be fast? If over the application deadline how....

So 5-rooms applicants are only eligible for the $15k AHG for bto/sobf?

if I were to apply for 5-room through MCPS scheme but did not get selected during the first round of balloting, will they ballot me the 2nd round only for 5-room or will they offer me the option of 4-room as well?

What do u mean first round and 2nd round?
There's only 1 round per bto?
Except for mcps u get more chance.

As Long as doesn't exceed 1 it means everyone has a unit. U should check last 2nd day to be accurate.

Yes u are given a 2nd ballot ticket to ballot with the rest without schemes. To ans your qn, it's balloted under the room type u applied. HDB not so nice.

Means u apply 5rm, all ballot tickets under 5rm.

maybe need to use new applicant. try not use their retrieved data i think..

because my feb bto 2017 is out of the unit, and dunno the chance when my selection date. thats why i keen to try for this round ballot also. Who know now happen this case... arg.....

Has always been like that. The proposed funeral parlour is in every location map of Bidadari projects if you check.

you can give up your selection date and go for the july sobf.

What does you mean by "Penalty Period"?
