when applying, this message popped up. it's a big red X with the words Basic Eligibility Check. i'm not sure if this means the application status is successful? i still managed to complete and pay the $10 fee. the application status is valid as well. it may have to do with my partner and I being unemployed students. i'm not sure what this means, anyone? thanks!!

system slow. no worry. just stare at the screen abit it will go next screen huan, dont kanjeong go click the continue/next button, wait for it to refresh. unless you not eligible for that category then it will show many word.

How come when I try to look at sbf flats, some are highlighted red? Apparently means booked? Means not available? Then show us for what?

refer to those symbols at the page you select the town, it will explain the town is available for which type of applicants. e.g. under 55 cannot apply, above 55 can apply, families priority cannot etc..due to limited available units etc. relac la.

For questions on completion dates, trends have shown HDB will start releasing keys within a few months of estimated completion date, usually 3 to 6 months early, especially if it is a straightforward 16 floor development. It is only when something is off (there is one 2014 admiralty project like this now) that they will start going beyond that date.

Thus, end 21 likely for Marsiling and Bidadari, early 21 for Geylang, and even earlier for the 2020 Woodlands and Geylang projects.

Does it mean that first timer is balloting at 1.2 to a unit of the 95% allocation for first timer and 12.8 to a unit for 2nd timer for the rest of the 5% allocation?

I used the HDB eligibility eServices to test whether I can buy a BTO. But it always say I am not eligible. Does anyone know why?

1. Married, SC
2. Wife on LTP (waiting for PR appln results)
3. Existing HDB (4R), Non HDB loan, No previous grants
4. MOP will finish in 2019 (I put as finished)
5. Looking at Dakota Breeze (budget 490k - 550k)
6. Monthly gross income >8k

Hi Jolin, I believe you are correct. For mature estates, 95% is allocated to first-timers.

yep. the number is a percentage of how many ppl applied for the allocated number of units.
